The hotel is near the lake. The location is great. It's easy to walk into town. I loved having both indoor and outdoor pools available. Prices are reasonable at the poolside bar. That's a great plus!

I enjoyed my time here. my room was clean with modern décor and a convenient fridge. a quirky little safe inside the wardrobe. the bathroom felt luxurious with its bright lighting and powerful shower, always providing plenty of hot water. i particularly appreciated the mature gardens with large trees. They added such a serene atmosphere to the surroundings (it was like a true escape).
the food in the main restaurant was quite standard for tourist hotels. while there was a variety of salads and meat dishes, it lacked a bit of inspiration. i wish there was more focus on authentic regional cuisine.

The staff displayed friendly and approachable attitudes, always willing to assist. i am thankful to the maintenance staff who helped me with my suitcase when the lock broke. They were quick and efficient. their help was appreciated.

the hotel's location is excellent for exploring. it's just a short walk into the town center with the lakeside entrance conveniently on the pedestrian and bike path that goes around the lake. the main bus depot is just a block away from the front entrance.

the main restaurant offered loads of salads and several meat and fish options. gluten-free alternatives were also available. evening meals could be enjoyed at the poolside bar where one could try an authentic five-course italian meal.

The hotel was clean and beautifully maintained. Rooms were very well cleaned. The bathroom included all the toiletries one might need. Breakfast offered a standard but good selection of European options.
The food in the evening seemed adequate but not especially inspiring. There was singing entertainment on some evenings. I found no ramp at the hotel entrance to assist with luggage. Only stairs were available.

We enjoyed the clean, well kept room . The hotel location IS a short walk from shops and the lake. I found the staff friendly and always available to help, answering all my questions.
The gym equipment seemed a little old. I did notice some rust on the stationary bike.

The hotel manager, anna, showed us the perfect spot for our baby reveal, it was so kind! kamal and anna put so much effort into our baby reveal. It was very nice. the grill restaurant is near the pool, i liked the half-board option that let us swap dinner for lunch. i had a privilege room with robes, slippers, and a coffee machine. Fresh water was provided daily.
